The hotel location is good, it’s near the skiing slopes and has its own shuttle bus service. There is also a small shop in the hotel and a café to hang out at. The ski rental prices are pretty reasonable compared to the mountainside prices.
The hotel rooms are not well-maintained, the towels are small, and they don’t provide any toiletries. The staff doesn’t speak English, so communication is a struggle.

Affordable and Convenient Skiing Experience We had an amazing skiing experience with affordable prices for ski rentals and passes, which really added up to our budget. the shuttle bus service that goes regularly to the slopes is very convenient.
Communication and Room Maintenance the language barrier was quite challenging since the staff didn't speak much English. It was also disappointing to find out that the room cleaning was only done by request, and we had to get our own towels, toilet paper, and soap from the lobby quite often.

The location of the hotel is separate from the main resort, but they do provide a shuttle bus service to the skiing slopes, which can be accessed through the Casino. There is also a CU shop within the hotel for convenient shopping.
English-speaking staff may be limited, so it's recommended to have a translator and Korean keyboard.
